Learn how to make the most of herbal allies in your own backyard. There will be a focus on winter support options as we navigate this winter season with a heightened awareness of staying well naturally!
The workshop will cover some fundamentals of herbal medicine, nutrition, recipes and methods for using backyard herbs at home.
We’ll be tasting and making traditional herbal medicine – as we learn all about the amazing herbs and plants in our own backyards. You’ll make your own take home herbal remedy.
