Hosted by Rory Harding (George Street Orchard): Rory believes gardening is a lens into nature. It’s one way to learn about the natural world, especially to learn the importance of sequestering soil carbon. Rory offers workshops on his Instagram and FB page ‘George Street Orchard' and opens his garden over the Festival to illustrate how an urban garden can produce plenty of food.
