Chef Hannes Bareiter and his team at tītī create a 5-course wild food dinner. Hannes and his partner Melanie have created sell out 5-course wild food dinners every year for Wild Dunedin and this is now something many look forward to every year. This year they will celebrate whenua in the dinner.

Hosted by tītī Restaurant: Hannes has a Masters Degree in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management from Germany. He has worked in five star restaurants in Germany and Europe as well as in exquisite restaurants and boutique lodges in New Zealand. Hannes and Melanie have owned and operated tītī since 2020.
